Established in 1988 in Sydney, Australia, Temperature Controls is an independent, management owned manufacturing company specialising in the production of Temperature and Level Sensors for all industries and applications. Temperature Controls have the largest manufacturing capacity in Australia for Thermocouples, Temperature Sensors and Thermowells.
We maintain Australia's largest stock of Thermocouples, RTD Sensors, Thermowells, Liquid Level Switches and Extension Cables in single, multi pair and steel wired armour configuration.
In 2006, Temperature Controls became the first Australian manufacturer to have Thermocouples and RTD Sensors IECEx approved for use in Hazardous Areas Ex d Flameproof and Ex e Increased Safety. These products can be found in our catalogue and are available for shipping same day of order.

Our facilities house specialist equipment to perform precision machining, welding and repetition work. Temperature Controls is unique to the Australian market - manufacturing Thermowells and Fittings in-house using Centre Lathes, CNC Lathes and Gun Drilling techniques.

Our Sefton facility in Sydney's south-west is a modern 2600m² factory housing design, manufacturing, machining, assembly and testing to customer specifications. As Head Office, we hold our complete stock range along with calibration equipment operating from -20°C to +1200°C.
Yarraville, VIC
Our Yarraville facility maintains stock for all catalogue products as well as raw materials for limited production of temperature assemblies.
